FAQs

How do I book a photo or video shoot?

To book a session, simply fill out the contact form on our website with your project details and preferred date. You can also reach out directly by phone, text, or email — whatever’s easiest for you. We’ll get back to you promptly to confirm availability and go over the details of your shoot.

How long does a typical photo or video session take?

Most sessions take 1–2 hours, depending on the size of the property and selected services. Larger homes or packages that include video and drone coverage may take longer.

How soon will I receive the photos or video?

Photos are typically delivered within 24 hours (unless otherwise specified for editorial or custom work), and videos within 3 business days (depending on project scope). You’ll receive everything through a download link as soon as it’s ready. Rush delivery may be available for an additional fee, when requested at the time of booking.


What if I need to reschedule or cancel?

We understand that plans can change. Rescheduling is free if notice is provided in advance. You may cancel or reschedule up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment at no charge.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a cancellation fee equal to 50% of the total invoice.


What areas do you serve on Vancouver Island?

We’re based in Nanaimo and proudly serve clients across Vancouver Island — including Parksville, Qualicum Beach, Ladysmith, Duncan, and surrounding areas. Travel fees may apply for some locations.

What happens if the weather is bad on the shoot day?

We can proceed with interiors and reschedule exteriors, or we can fully reschedule depending on your preference. There is no fee for weather-related changes.
